Add Your Blog Link Here
Hello Grandparents! Please add your link here! This is a directory linky for Grand Parent bloggers only. Why? Because older bloggers need to get the word out about their blogs too and there does not seem to be as much networking among Grandparent or older bloggers.
- Grandparents, link to your home page and NOT to a post. Your link should read like this http://www.yourblogname.com/ and thats it. Don't copy and paste a post link on your blog, use the home page. Use the name of your blog where it ask for a name. Use a picture that represents your blog.
- I am requiring email addresses but they will only be visible to me; I WILL NOT use them for any other purpose than contacting you if needed, they will not be sold.
- You need to be a Grandparent who blogs to join though your blog does not have to be about Grandparenting.
- It would be great if you linked back to me in some way but it is not required. Perhaps add me to your blog roll or list. Or use my button (above) if you like somewhere on your blog.
- If you mess up, don't worry about it, re enter your info then send me an email telling me which one to delete. There has been a steep learning curve for most of us with all this computer and blog business and I am included in that group. We have come a long way!

We have raised 4 sons, now raising 3 grandchildren and last night received a call that we may be getting 2 more. My blog is a mix of grandparenting and quilting and some political all tossed together.
ReplyDeleteAfter all, it is sad when a father calls and says, I am working 60 hours a week, my wife is working 45 hours a week, we make minimum wage, have no health insurance, our employers do not offer insurance, we cannot afford daycare and do not qualify because the waiting list is so long. What is wrong when a family would have to pay more in daycare than they bring home, so they send their children to live with their grandparents??
Connie, this is exactly what I have been looking for! A group of "more experienced" mom bloggers! I think we have so much to say and share since we've been doing life a little longer! ; ) If only the internet had come along about 20 years sooner!
